2. Stress Management – Migraine attacks are influenced by emotions. When a person is stressed, the body senses that he is in a dangerous state and produces hormones that increase heart rate, which can lead to headaches;
3. Regular physical activity – Studies show that getting physical exercise at least three times a week helps control headaches;
4. Be careful with posture – Bad posture damages the spinal cord. Tension in the shoulders, back, and neck can be a cause of a migraine attack;
5. Conscious use of analgesics – uncontrolled use of analgesics can lead to the onset of chronic migraine;
6. Attention to Food – The patient should be aware of foods that may be related to seizures. For example, chocolate, alcoholic and fermented drinks, cured cheeses, and soft drinks, often cause headaches.
